Flynn gives Barr seven days to restore Memorial
The Flynn community is giving Education Minister Andrew Barr seven days to return the plaque and restore the integrity of the John Flynn Memorial.
National Memorial plaque stolen
On the ABC TV and news last night, the ACT Government has admitted to removing the memorial plaque to the Rev John Flynn of the Royal Flying Doctor Service, and concreting over the Flynn name on the memorial in the Canberra Suburb of Flynn.
